This section of the wide Congaree River runs through the middle of West Columbia offering a great place to get away in the middle of the city. Trees that you will see include cypress, a variety of oak species, riverbirch and more. Wildlife you may see include a variety of different bird species including seagulls. Fishing is decent on this part of the river too.
